How do you approach God? Is there a right way to approach God? A wrong way?

People approach God through prayer in a variety of different ways. It can be confusing at times. Approaching God looks at how intercessors in Scripture approached God. In these pages you will be mentored by: Jesus, Paul, David, Nehemiah Moses, Hannah and six others.

Each chapter takes a prayer, provides questions to help analyze that prayer, offers direction on how you can pray, and finally includes space for you to shape a prayer for your situation. The final chapter gives you a model for analyzing the other great prayers of Scripture, and provides a list of 22 other prayers to study.

Approaching God will teach you how to pray like these great prayer warriors of old.
